Start low. Stay curious.

Everything below is what we would tell a friend before they took the first capsule. No claims, no mysticism, no upsell — just the parts that determine whether this goes well for you.

the basics

Four things nobody tells you

01

A microdose is meant to be unremarkable

If your day feels obviously different, you have taken more than a microdose. The whole point of the low end of the range is that it disappears into a normal Tuesday — you notice it in how the day went, not while it is going.

02

Consistency beats size, every time

A 250 mg dose taken the same way for three weeks tells you far more than a 750 mg dose taken twice. Change one variable at a time and give each change five days before you draw a conclusion.

03

Format changes the curve, not just the dose

Capsules come on in 45–90 minutes. Gummies and chocolates have to clear your stomach first and can take twice as long. Drink mixes are the fastest of the three. Same milligrams, very different first hour.

04

The week off is part of the protocol

Five on, two off, and a full week every second month. Without a break you lose your reference point — and a daily dose quietly turns into a dose you need rather than one you chose.

The ladder, and when to stop climbing

These ranges are per serving of total blend, not per capsule of any one ingredient. Where you land depends on body weight, tolerance, what else is in your day, and whether you have eaten. Start on the lowest rung that applies to you regardless of what a friend takes.

The five-day rule

Hold any new dose for five consecutive days before you change it. Day one tells you almost nothing, and day three is where most people talk themselves into doubling.

  1. Threshold

    100–250 mg

First week, or anyone stacking with a full workday.

You are not looking for an effect here. You are establishing that the product agrees with you.

  2. Working

    250–500 mg

Where most people settle after two to three weeks.

The rung to hold. If you are tempted to climb past it inside a month, take the week off instead.

  3. Elevated

    500–750 mg

Experienced only, and not on a work day.

Onset is noticeably steeper. Eat first, hydrate, and do not drive.

  4. Ceiling

    750 mg+

F*ck Around territory. A deliberate choice, not an escalation.

Clear your calendar, have a sober friend nearby, and never stack anything on top of it.

reading a label

What a good label has to tell you

Most of this category hides behind two words: proprietary blend. If a label will not tell you the dose of each named ingredient, it is because the number would not impress you. Four things to check before you buy anything — ours included.

  • Named species with a milligram figure beside each one, not a blend total.
  • Fruiting body stated explicitly. "Mushroom powder" usually means mycelium on grain.
  • A lot number you can trace to a certificate of analysis dated within the year.
  • Extraction method on the pack. Dual extraction matters for the full compound profile.
